Wa-So Jewellery
Operated by Petals of 85 Ltd
Last updated: 13 October 2026

Overview

Welcome to Wa-So Jewellery.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wa-So Jewellery, operated by Petals of 85 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology enabling us to offer our products and services.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases made through our online store.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please read these Terms alongside our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and International Shipping & Customs Policy.

1. Access and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or creating a customer account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must use our website lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with its security, operation or functionality.

2. Our Jewellery

Wa-So Jewellery offers carefully curated jewellery collections, including gemstone jewellery and other designs made from materials specified on individual product pages.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials and product information.

Natural gemstones may display individual variations in colour, inclusions, patterns and appearance. These natural characteristics do not necessarily constitute defects.

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

We make reasonable efforts to represent every piece accurately.

All products must meet applicable consumer protection requirements, including requirements concerning their description, quality and fitness for purpose.

We may update or discontinue products without prior notice, but this will not affect accepted orders.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products selected.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

A contract is formed when we expressly accept your order, normally through an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation.

We may decline an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors or shipping restrictions.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory cancellation rights.

4. Prices and Payments

Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.

The full amount payable at checkout will include the product price, applicable delivery charges and any taxes or charges collected by us.

Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.

You confirm that you are authorised to use your selected payment method.

For international orders, additional import charges may apply as explained in Section 6.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.

Available shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates are provided at checkout or in our Shipping Policy.

We carefully inspect and package our jewellery before dispatch.

We are responsible for the goods until they come into your physical possession or that of a person you nominate to receive them, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

If you independently arrange a delivery carrier that we have not offered, responsibility may transfer earlier as permitted by law.

If your order is lost, damaged in transit or not delivered within the required timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory delivery rights.

6. International Shipping, Customs and Import Taxes

We welcome customers from selected countries outside the United Kingdom.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, international orders are generally shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.

This means that applicable import charges are normally payable by the customer and may be collected by local customs authorities or delivery providers.

We provide accurate customs declarations and declare the genuine transaction value of purchased goods.

Certain countries may restrict imports of jewellery, precious metals or gemstones.

Where we cannot legally or reasonably fulfil an international order, we will contact the customer and refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled order.

Further information is available in our International Shipping & Customs Policy.

7. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

We hope you are delighted with every Wa-So Jewellery purchase.

Eligible UK and EU online customers generally have a statutory right to cancel their purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

After notifying us of cancellation, customers must normally return the goods within a further 14 days.

We request that jewellery be returned securely in its original Wa-So presentation box and protective packaging wherever available.

The absence of original packaging alone does not invalidate statutory cancellation rights.

Customers are generally responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods remain subject to applicable statutory remedies.

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.

8. Jewellery Care

We recommend handling and storing jewellery carefully to preserve its appearance and condition.

Depending on the product materials, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, abrasive surfaces or excessive moisture may affect the jewellery's finish.

Customers should follow any specific product care instructions supplied with their purchases.

Damage resulting from misuse, accidents or inappropriate care may not constitute a product defect.

Nothing in this section affects statutory rights where goods are faulty or do not meet legal quality requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original branding, logos, photographs, product descriptions, website designs and other creative materials published by Wa-So Jewellery belong to Petals of 85 Ltd or the relevant rights holders.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our website for lawful personal shopping purposes.

Commercial reproduction or use of our protected content requires prior permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

10. Third-Party Services and Shopify

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the technology supporting our website and shopping experience. However, purchases made through Wa-So Jewellery are transactions between you and Wa-So Jewellery, operated by Petals of 85 Ltd.

Shopify is not the seller of the jewellery purchased through our store.

Our website may also contain third-party links, payment services and other external functionality.

Third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices.

Nothing in this section removes any statutory responsibility owed to customers by Petals of 85 Ltd.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Personal information may be collected and processed to manage orders, payments, deliveries, customer accounts and enquiries.

Our website is hosted by Shopify, which may process personal information in connection with the services it provides.

For further information, please review our Privacy Policy.

12. Customer Reviews and Feedback

Customers may submit reviews, suggestions or other feedback about our products and services.

By submitting feedback, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use submitted feedback for legitimate business purposes, including operating and promoting our services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We may moderate or remove unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise inappropriate content.

13. Errors and Inaccuracies

We take reasonable care to ensure that website information is accurate.

Occasionally, errors may occur in product descriptions, prices, availability or delivery information.

We reserve the right to correct genuine errors and update inaccurate information.

If a material error affects an order, we will contact the customer and explain the available options.

We will not unilaterally increase the agreed price of an accepted order.

14. Prohibited Website Uses

You must not use our website:

  • For fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

  • To interfere with website security or functionality.

  • To distribute malicious software.

  • To impersonate another person.

  • To infringe intellectual property rights.

  • To collect personal information unlawfully.

  • To engage in abusive, threatening or otherwise unlawful conduct.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business.

15. Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory consumer protection legislation.

Where permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or that were caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We remain responsible for losses arising from our failure to fulfil applicable contractual or statutory obligations.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service to reflect changes in our business, website operations or legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on our website.

Changes will not retrospectively alter accepted orders without the customer's agreement, except where required by law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

However, customers residing elsewhere may retain mandatory consumer protections and court rights available under applicable local law.

Nothing in these Terms removes those protections.
