At Wa-So Jewellery, we take care to ensure that every piece is beautifully presented, securely packaged and thoughtfully prepared for its journey to you.
Please review our shipping information before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched from the United Kingdom.
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–5 working days after order acceptance, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.
During busy periods or circumstances affecting order fulfilment, processing may take longer. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.
2. United Kingdom Delivery
We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom, subject to courier availability and applicable restrictions.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not currently offer free shipping.
Available delivery services and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where available.
We aim to use tracked shipping services with appropriate protection for valuable jewellery.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier and selected delivery service.
Unless a different delivery timeframe has been agreed, orders will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed, in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
3. International Delivery
Wa-So Jewellery offers international shipping to selected countries.
Available destinations, shipping methods and delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination, selected delivery service and customs clearance requirements.
All international orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.
We recommend checking your country's import requirements before placing an order.
4. International Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the customer's responsibility.
International shipments are generally sent on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis, subject to applicable legal requirements.
This means that the destination country's customs authority or delivery provider may request payment of import charges before releasing the parcel for delivery.
Wa-So Jewellery provides accurate customs documentation, including the genuine transaction value and relevant product information.
We cannot declare commercial purchases as gifts or undervalue shipments to avoid customs charges.
5. Packaging
Every Wa-So Jewellery order is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch.
Our jewellery is presented in Wa-So Jewellery packaging suitable for the item, together with appropriate protective outer packaging.
We take care to minimise the risk of damage during transit while maintaining the presentation standards of our brand.
6. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available through the selected delivery service.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
If you require assistance with tracking, please contact us at sales@wasojewellery.co.uk.
7. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number.
We will investigate the issue with the delivery provider and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
For deliveries arranged by Wa-So Jewellery, responsibility for the goods generally remains with us until the goods reach you or a person nominated by you to receive them.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Damaged Deliveries
Every piece is inspected before dispatch.
If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at sales@wasojewellery.co.uk.
Where possible, please provide your order number, photographs of the packaging and photographs showing the damage.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us promptly.
We will make reasonable efforts to update your delivery information before dispatch.
Address changes may not be possible once the parcel has been handed to the delivery provider.
If incorrect or incomplete delivery information results in a failed delivery, we will explain the available options and any lawful additional charges before arranging redelivery.
10. Customs Delays & Refused Deliveries
International parcels may be subject to customs inspections and additional processing time.
We will assist customers with available shipping information where reasonably possible.
If a parcel is refused or returned because applicable import charges have not been paid, please contact us.
Any refund or additional charges will be considered in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
Refusing a delivery does not automatically constitute a formal cancellation request.
11. Shipping Restrictions
Certain countries may restrict the importation of jewellery, gemstones, precious metals or particular product materials.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where shipping is prohibited or cannot reasonably be arranged.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and provide a full refund of any payment received for the unfulfilled order.
12. Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Eligible online customers in the United Kingdom and European Union generally have a 14-day statutory cancellation right, subject to applicable exceptions.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are generally responsible for return postage where permitted by law.
We request that returned jewellery be securely packaged in its original Wa-So presentation box and protective packaging wherever available.
The absence of original packaging alone does not invalidate statutory cancellation rights.
Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods.
